The location here is great, with easy access to the MTR, and it's also just a 5-minute drive from Bremar Hill Freshwater Service Reservoir; the food choices are plentiful and suitable.

Nice experience there. Big size and impeccably clean hotel, location was favourable so close to one metro stop away, many shopping centre at Causeway Bay and bus stop A11 to Hong Kong International Airport. Nice building and rooms with with open view on the buildings. Quick check-in and good customer service. Late check out.

The staff, from the front desk to the porter, were always kind and courteous. the hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop. There are plenty of food options within walking distance.

The location is good (subway near by and also Ding-Ding - tram). The shutle from the airport to the hotel is one of the best points.

The rooms are small but the rest is ok. The employees are not very kind and we have to ask everything (directions, etc) because they do not give any information.....even the map we had to ask.

Aside from the free 2 bottles of bottled water everyday, nothing more.

The rooms are too small, the place is not in Causeway Bay but in Tin Hau..

This place is conveniently located near shops, public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets open 24 hours a day, making it easy to get around and find what you need.

the room was small n tight especially for family wif kid. or at least the room provided for us. the furnishings' getting old. the reception staff were not too friendly or willing in providing info.

Location that easy to connnect to town. Also the area have facilitate for living, eating etc.

The inclusive breakfast was satisfying. I booked a room with lovely views of the Harbor. the hotel is conveniently located near many nice eateries and other highlighted areas. the Akinna Bar & Restaurant, perfect for a nightcap, is close by.

The location is very convenient. Just 5-10 mins walk to Metro Station. The room is clean.

The room is too small, especially the bathroom. We just managed to fit our two large luggage into the room. Also, perhaps my stay was just across China National Holiday and there are many mainland travellers staying at this hotel and make the hotel very noisy.

The staff in general do not smile and do not make an effort to be pleasant. They are not knowledgeable about tourist information. Free internet access is offered by many hotels but not here.

Very Clean, Enough Space in room, Total design and ambience is Simple & Chic Modern. Nice Location since its near to MTR station.

I like the design of the magic glass and the big screen television best during my stay.
